Meet the Maker
Growing up I have always been interested in designing anything I could think of. I would make a variety of different components or toys with whatever was at my disposal, paper, cardboard, plastics, tape, etc. However, as I grew older I started to get more and more focused on robotics, and other forms of mechanical design. As I grew up I expanded this interest through my classwork, taking classes in high school that had me design different mechanical systems, making use of certain design methods like wood working, machining, and circuit design I realized I wanted to be hands on in almost every aspect of engineered design, leading me to pick mechanical engineering as my major. I plan on continuing along this path to get my masters in mechanical engineering, as well as a minor in Robotics and Intelligence Systems, which focus on robotics as well as artificial intelligence.
My goal as an engineer is pretty simple, to use my knowledge to help as many people as I can, through the development of certain products like prosthetic, robotics, and other related subjects. I also would like to inspire others through my work, either with them actually pursuing engineering to help others like I have, or for them to follow their own dreams.
